COSIMAC guarantee
We have confidence in our products. Rigorous testing has taken place to ensure our products meet high standards. If, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied we are here to help. We will repair, replace or refund due to defects in workmanship and/or materials within 6 months of purchase (with proof of purchase). Negligence, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is excluded from the guarantee.
*Disclaimer – Waterproofness of nylon exterior may fade in time, this can be fully restored by a waterproof spray. We recommend you trial a small area of your COSIMAC robe first as a test. All COSIMAC robes have a waterproof rating of 5000mm. (Very waterproof for moderate to heavy rain.)
How to make returns
We want you to love your COSIMAC product, but in the event that you need to make a return we are more than happy to work with you.
We can offer refunds on products that are unused, with original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Refunds exclude any shipping costs incurred, including return postage. If you received a product as a gift you may return it for an exchange or gift receipt only.
Refunds can take 5 working days to process so please allow this time from the date we receive your returned product.
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty product please contact us immediately on welcome@cosimac.com with the following information – Your order confirmation email and a description and photograph of the fault. Once we’ve received this information we’ll act quickly to resolve the problem.
