We have confidence in our product. Rigorous testing has taken place to ensure they meet high standards. If, in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with yours we are here to help. We will repair or refund due to defects in workmanship and/or materials within 6 months of purchase (with proof of purchase). Negligence, accidental damage or normal wear and tear is excluded from the guarantee.
How to make returns
We want you to love your COSIMAC as much as we love ours, but in the event that you need to make a return we are more than happy to work with you.
We can offer refunds on products that are unused, with original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Refunds exclude any shipping costs incurred, including return postage. If you received a product as a gift you may return it for an exchange or gift receipt only.
Refunds can take 10 working days to process so please allow this time from the date we receive your returned product.
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty product please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information – Your order confirmation email and a description and photograph of the fault. Once we’ve received this information we’ll act quickly to resolve the problem.
We aim to dispatch within 4 days of receiving your order.
- UK Standard Delivery; Royal mail recorded delivery, 2-3 working days.
- European; Royal Mail international Signed, 2-5 working days
We hold limited stock and orders may be out in a waiting list. If there is any delay, we will contact you directly.
